This chapter shall be known as and may be cited to as the "Attorney
Fee, Debt Collection, and Refund Ordinance."
The provisions of this chapter shall be severable, and if any
of the provisions hereof shall be held to be unconstitutional, invalid
or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall
not affect the validity of any of the remaining provisions of this
chapter. It is hereby declared to be the intent of the Board of Supervisors
that this chapter would have been adopted if such illegal, invalid
or unconstitutional section, sentence, clause, part or provisions
had not been included herein.
The proper officials of the Township are hereby authorized and
empowered to take such additional action as they may deem necessary
or appropriate to implement this chapter.
This chapter shall become effective five days from the date
of enactment.
