A.Â
A
person who overpaid any license fee, penalties, fines or any other
moneys to the Township, except any tax of any sort, shall be entitled
to a refund of the overpayment by filing a refund request with the
Township. A person shall only be entitled to a refund of the overpayment
for those amounts paid within the last year from the date of filing
the request.
B.Â
A
person shall not be entitled to interest on the amount of the refund.
The Board of Supervisors may adopt by resolution, regulations
for the processing of appeals and refund claims for overpaid accounts.
