The Township hereby adopts as the Official Map of East Brandywine Township the Official Map prepared by Thomas Comitta Associates and Brandywine Conservancy, created June 6, 2022, revised January 4, 2023. The Official Map is on file at the Township offices and is available on the Township website, www.ebrandywine.org.
This chapter is enacted and ordained under grant of powers by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as contained in Article IV of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code,[1] Act 170 of 1988, P.L. No. 170, as amended.

In accordance with and subject to the requirements of Section 406 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code,[1] the Board of Supervisors hereby reserves in perpetuity for future taking or acquisition for public use the streets, trails, sidewalks, easements, open space, parking areas, and public grounds depicted on the Official Map.

In the administration and enforcement of the Official Map, the Board of Supervisors, the Township, and persons with a present or future ownership interest in any property depicted on the Official Map shall comply with Sections 403, 404, 405, 406 and 407 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code,[1] which are incorporated herein by reference.

A. 
Violations of this chapter, penalties, liability, and applicable fees shall be as set forth in Chapter 399, Article XXI, of the Code.
B. 
Appeals from decisions of the Zoning Hearing Board or Board of Supervisors made under this chapter shall be filed to court in accordance with the time limitations and procedures set forth in Article X-A of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.[1]
