If compliance with any of the requirements of this chapter would result in an exceptional hardship for a prospective builder, developer, or landowner, the Zoning Hearing Board may, upon request, grant relief from the strict application of the requirements, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Chapter 300 of the Code of the Borough of Chambersburg.
Any request for a variance from any of the provisions of this chapter shall follow the procedures and requirements set for in § 300-113 of the Code of the Borough of Chambersburg, as amended from time to time.
