The Town of Hopedale, and all its applicable boards and departments, including, without limitation, the Select Board, Board of Health, and any and all other applicable Boards with jurisdiction over the contracting, providing, collecting and/or the ultimate disposing of garbage, rubbish, and/or trash shall be required to provide for the curbside collection and ultimate disposal or incineration of garbage, rubbish, and or trash from the following locations within the Town of Hopedale.
A. 
All single-family residential dwelling units within the Town of Hopedale.
B. 
All multifamily residential dwelling units not greater than four units per structure, including but not limited to condominiums within the Town of Hopedale constructed on or before June 30, 1988.

The Town of Hopedale, and all its applicable Boards and Departments, as described in § 312-1, hereunder, shall take any and all actions required, including executing all necessary and proper contracts to provide for the implementation of this bylaw by its effective date.
This bylaw shall not be funded by a user or separate fee levied against any unit owners, property owners, or residents unless said fee is a uniform nondiscriminatory fee.

It was unanimously voted by voice vote to allow the Board of Health to require a mandatory recycling program for the Town, apply for any state aid grants that may be available and develop and implement a Town-wide educational program for recycling.
