Historical Notes:
The 3-3-1952 Town Meeting accepted the provisions of MGL
c. 40, §§ 42A through and including 42F.
The 5-22-1972 Town Meeting also accepted the provisions
of MGL c. 40, §§ 42A through and including 42F, and
said action is considered to supersede the 1952 action.]
