Town of Oconomowoc, WI Chapter 129 Cigarettes

§ 129-1 State law adopted.

Sections 134.65(1) through (4) and 134.66(1) through (4), Wis. Stats., pertaining to cigarette retailers' licenses, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as though set forth in full. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of those sections are intended to be made part of this section.

§ 129-2 Violations and penalties.

In addition to the revocation, suspension or nonrenewal of any license issued under this chapter, any person found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, of this Code.
