Article IV of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code
("MPC")[1] authorizes the Limerick Township Board of Supervisors
to adopt an Official Map of Limerick Township designating and reserving
areas for future streets and other municipal facilities.

The Board of Supervisors of Limerick Township hereby adopts
the Official Map prepared by Pennoni Associates, Inc., dated January
18, 2011, and last revised January 31, 2023, and attached hereto as
Exhibit A and incorporated herein, incorporating the open spaces parcels
per approved Comprehensive Open Space Plan within Limerick Township
as the revised Official Map of Limerick Township. [1]

Limerick Township officials are authorized to take all steps
necessary to record the revised Official Map in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, as required
by Section 402(c) of the MPC.[1] The proper officials of Limerick Township are further
authorized to transmit certified copies of the revised Official Map
to those entities required to be provided with such copies by the
MPC.

Any amendments to the Official Map shall be made in a manner
consistent with Article IV of the MPC, as amended.
The provisions of Article IV of the MPC, as amended, are hereby
incorporated by reference to govern the effect of the adoption of
the Official Map, issuance of permits and approvals for land reserved
on the Official Map, and all other matters relating to the Official
Map.
The Limerick Township Board of Supervisors does hereby reserve
the right, from time to time, to adopt modifications of, supplements
to, or amendments of its ordinance including this provision.
The failure of Limerick Township to enforce any provision of
this chapter shall not constitute a waiver by Limerick Township of
its rights of future enforcement hereunder.
