§ 147-1 Adoption of survey, plan and system; boundaries designated.

The survey, plan and system for the numbering of houses and buildings on that portion of Broadway beginning at McKinley Avenue and extending to the Borough limit on said Broadway, and on that portion of Carlisle Street beginning at Fourth Street and extending to the Borough limit on said Carlisle Street, and on that portion of Spring Avenue beginning at York Street and extending to Locust Street, which plan has been prepared by the Borough Manager, and a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof, is hereby approved and adopted.

§ 147-2 Conformance required.

On and after the passage and approval of this chapter, it shall be the duty of each and every owner, trustee, lessee, agent and occupant of each and every house, building or other structure situate on any portion of the respective highways and streets, as designated in § 147-1 hereof, to cause the same to be numbered in accordance with this chapter and the system and plan hereby attached and approved.

§ 147-3 Authority of Borough Manager and Mayor.

The Borough Manager and the Mayor, or either of them, are hereby authorized to require the numbering and renumbering of any house, building or other structure in accordance with this chapter.
