The plan now known as the "Service Employees Pension Plan of
the Borough of Baldwin," attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby amended
and restated in its entirety effective for participants who terminate
employment on or after January 1, 2011, as provided in this plan document,
and to that extent this document supersedes and repeals all prior
plan documents.[1] The benefits of any former participant who terminated
employment prior to January 1, 2011, shall be determined by the applicable
pension documentation in place prior to this plan document.
