The benefits of § 18 of the New York State Public
Officers Law, as currently in effect or as hereafter amended, providing
for the defense and indemnification of officers and public employees
of public entities, as defined in the aforesaid section, are hereby
conferred upon the officers and public employees of the Town of Schroeppel,
and the Town of Schroeppel shall be held liable for the costs incurred
under the provisions of the aforesaid § 18 of the New York
State Public Officers Law, as currently in effect or as hereafter
amended.
