Article I Payment of Liens Prior to Issuance of Licenses or Permits

§ 96-1 Payment of liens required prior to issuance; exception.

The applicant for any permit or license from the Town of Princess Anne shall be required to pay all outstanding Town liens, including real property and personal property taxes, prior to issuance of said permit or license. The only exception to this policy is the issuance of an electrical permit.
