Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall
be punishable as set forth in the Town of Bethany Beach Schedule of
Fines and Penalties.[1] Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent
the Town of Bethany Beach from commencing any legal proceedings for
the declaration or abatement of a public nuisance.
If the owner of any premises fails or neglects to comply with
the provisions of this chapter, it shall constitute a public nuisance,
pursuant to the appropriate laws of the Bethany Beach Town Code.
