The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
A. 
No person, except as noted herein, shall park a vehicle upon any street in a residential, semipublic, industrial, recreational, office, research, senior citizen housing, townhouse or condominium zone in the Borough of Hillsdale between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Vehicles with a specific government license plate, Municipal (MG), County (CG) or State (SG), shall be permitted to park overnight on the street of Hillsdale Borough during the hours set forth above.

B. 
No person shall park a vehicle upon any street in a commercial zone in the Borough of Hillsdale between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
No person shall park or leave standing a vehicle, other than a vehicle owned by the Borough, the Hillsdale Board of Education or the Pascack Valley Board of Education, within the boundary lines of any public park, playground, school ground or municipal pool facility except in accordance with the purpose of the facility, and in no event between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., without the express permission of the owner.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIV (§ 292-55), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XV (§ 292-56), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XVI (§ 292-57) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVII (§ 292-58) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVIII (§ 292-59) at any time between the hours listed in said schedule of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
Whenever a parking space is indicated by lines or other appropriate markers on the pavement, all wheels of the parked vehicle shall be within said lines or markers.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIX (§ 292-60), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.
The locations described in Schedule XX (§ 292-61), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XXI (§ 292-62), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XXII (§ 292-63), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
