(1)

Allwood Realty Associates Limited Partnership has filed a written consent with the City of Clifton that the provisions of Subtitle One, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at The Home Depot located in the City of Clifton, County of Passaic, as shown on the attached site plan, three copies of which have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, and one copy of which has been filed with the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New Jersey, which copies are open to public inspection, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

(a)

All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.

(b)

Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached site plan and signed with R7-8 (reserved parking sign and penalty plate) in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor Vehicles.

(c)

Through streets. The following streets or parts of street are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near-right side of each street intersecting the through street.

Main Drive: entire length, from a point 5 feet east of Bloomfield Avenue to a point 5 feet north of Allwood Road.

South Drive: entire length, from a point 5 feet east of Main Drive to the terminus.

North Drive: entire length, from East Drive to the terminus.

(h)

Restricted parking. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle anytime upon any of the streets or parts of streets described:

Violations and penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this subsection or supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.

(2)

James Corrado Inc. has filed a written consent with the City of Clifton that the provisions of Subtitle One, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at Corrado's Family Affair located in the City of Clifton, County of Passaic, as shown on the attached site plan, three copies of which have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, and one copy of which has been filed with the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New Jersey, which copies are open to public inspection, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

(a)

All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.

(b)

Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached site plan and signed with R7-8 (reserved parking sign and penalty plate) in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor Vehicles.

(c)

Through streets. The following streets or parts of street are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near-right side of each street intersecting the through street, except where yield signs have been provided for in the designation.

Williamsburg South Condominium Association has filed a written consent with the City of Clifton that the provisions of Subtitle One, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Williamsburg South Condominium Complex located in the City of Clifton, County of Passaic, as shown on the site plan, three copies of which have been filed in the Office of the City Clerk, and one copy of which has been filed with the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New Jersey, which copies are open to the public inspection, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

(a)

General parking. All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.

(b)

No stopping or standing. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below:

Williamsburg North Condominium Association has filed a written consent with the City of Clifton that the provisions of Subtitle One, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Williamsburg North Condominium Complex located in the City of Clifton, County of Passaic, as shown on the site plan, three copies of which have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, and one copy of which has been filed with the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New Jersey, which copies are open to the public inspection, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

(a)

General parking. All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.

(b)

Bliss Valley Associates has filed a written consent with the City of Clifton that the provisions of Subtitle One, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Valley Executive Center located in the City of Clifton, County of Passaic, as shown on the site plan, three copies of which have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, and one copy of which has been filed with the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New Jersey, which copies are open to the public inspection, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

(a)

General parking. All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.

(b)

No stopping or standing. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below:

(a)

General parking. All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.

The owner of the property located at the corner of Main Avenue and Clifton Avenue in the City of Clifton is desirous of having the provisions of Subtitle One, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the proposed Walgreens Center Complex located in the City of Clifton, County of Passaic, as shown on the site plan, three copies of which have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, and one copy of which has been filed with the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New Jersey, which copies are open to the public for inspection, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

(a)

General parking. All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.

(b)

No stopping or standing. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below:

The Clifton Board of Education has filed a written consent with the City of Clifton that various traffic regulations to be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Christopher Columbus Middle School complex located in the City of Clifton, County of Passaic, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

(a)

General parking. All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.

(b)

No stopping or standing. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except other parking regulations as provided therein:

(c)

Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the site plan and signed with R7-8 and R7-8P (reserved parking sign and penalty plate) in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor Vehicles.

(d)

Reserved parking. All vehicles that are granted specialty parking in this section, such as police vehicles, ambulances, teachers, etc., must be properly identified, and the reserved parking spaces must be shown on the attached site plan.

(e)

Stop intersections. The following described intersections are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.

(f)

Speed limits.

(h)

Tow-away zones. (i)

Loading zones. The locations described are hereby designated as loading zones. No person shall park a vehicle in said location during the times indicated other than for the loading or unloading of goods and materials.

(j)

(k)

Signs. All signs, posts, bolts, or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.

(l)

Violations and penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this subsection or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.

Michael Buckless, Regional Director of Hook-SupeRx, Inc., t/a CVS Pharmacy, owner of the property located at the corner of Main Avenue and Crooks Avenue in the City of Clifton, has filed a written consent with the City of Clifton that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the CVS Pharmacy, located at Main Avenue (CR 602) and Crooks Avenue, in the City of Clifton, County of Passaic, as shown on the site plan, three copies of which have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, and one copy of which has been filed with the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New Jersey, which copies are open to the public for inspection, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

All signs, posts, or other necessary materials required to call attention to the provisions of the within Subsection shall be installed and paid for by the property owner. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27 and 39:4-198.4. Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this Subsection or any supplement thereto shall be liable for a penalty of not more than the maximum imposed by law or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
