[The New Jersey Division of Pension and Benefits administers
all of the statewide retirement plans. There are three types of retirement
systems for which employees of the Borough of Lindenwold are eligible
for membership in accordance with the statutes and regulations as
follows: 1) Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS); 2) Police
and Fire Retirement Systems (PFRS); 3) Defined Contribution Retirement
