The Board of Selectmen shall be authorized to adopt a policy
concerning televising of meetings of multiple member bodies, which
policy may, to the extent that the same is technologically and practically
feasible, require such meetings to be televised live or recorded for
the purpose of later broadcast on a local cable television station.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Bylaw or policy adopted
by the Board of Selectmen, however, whether a meeting is televised
or for later broadcast shall have no effect on the validity of such
meeting.
