Article I Fees for Marking and Remarking Underground Facilities

§ 171-1 Initial fee.

The Town shall collect, in advance of responding, the sum of $25 from a person or entity requesting an initial one-time marking of the location of its underground facility.

§ 171-2 Remarking fee.

If remarking is requested or required after renotification under § 12-108 of the Public Utilities Article, the Town shall collect, in advance of responding, the sum of $15 from the person or entity on behalf of whom the remarking is requested or required.
