ARTICLE IBaseball and Softball (§ 153-1)

§ 153-1Permitted activities.
Under § 4-412 of the Village Law and § 7 of the General Business Law, the following is enacted:
A.
The playing of baseball and softball within the Village of Washingtonville, Orange County, New York, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the first day of the week is hereby permitted.
B.
An admission or other fee may or may not be charged for the right to participate in or to witness the playing of said games.
