The following locations shall be designated as fire lane and tow-away zones:

From the residential building known as the Bridgeville Towers located at 479 Bank Street Extension to the intersection at Washington Avenue
Grandview Avenue

From at and near the entrance of the residential building known as the Grandview Towers located at 1001 Grandview Avenue to the intersection at Bank Street
McMillen Street

Starting from a point beginning 190 feet from the intersection of McMillen Street and Dewey Avenue, and extending 50 feet west to a point along the frontage of 616 McMillen Street

It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stand or stop a vehicle within the area designated as a fire lane, except that such parking, standing or stopping to load or unload persons or property shall be permitted for a maximum time of 15 minutes.

The within prohibition shall apply whether the vehicle be occupied or not and whether it be or not be occupied by an operator.

Appropriate signage shall be installed to reflect the intent of this Part.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of up to $50 and all costs, including removal and impounding of the vehicle.
