tow-away zones:

of McMillen Street and Dewey Avenue, and extending 50 feet west to
a point along the frontage of 616 McMillen Street

It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stand or stop a
vehicle within the area designated as a fire lane, except that such
parking, standing or stopping to load or unload persons or property
shall be permitted for a maximum time of 15 minutes.

The within prohibition shall apply whether the vehicle be occupied
or not and whether it be or not be occupied by an operator.

Appropriate signage shall be installed to reflect the intent
of this Part.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this Part shall,
upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of up to $50 and all
costs, including removal and impounding of the vehicle.
