[Adopted 3-28-1991 (Ch. V, Art. 2D, of the 1975 Code)]
Pursuant to C.G.S. §§ 8-25 and 7-148(c)(2)(K),
East Granby Zoning Regulations § 40.80.01, and East Granby
Subdivision Regulations § 1.25, there is hereby created
a fund which shall be used for the purpose of preserving open space
or acquiring additional land for open space or for recreational or
agricultural purposes.
All payments into said fund shall be approved by the Planning
and Zoning Commission, and all appropriations from said fund shall
be approved by the Town's legislative body.
