The following regulations shall apply to the Elma Park on Creek
Road:
A.
The park may be used only by residents and property owners of the
Town of Elma, their guests and invitees.
B.
Residents and taxpayers desiring to use park facilities must register
with the Town Clerk of Elma and will be given a certificate or sticker
to be affixed to a vehicle used by such applicant.
C.
The park may be used only between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. unless
special permission is granted by the Town Board of Elma.
D.
Groups desiring to reserve a portion of the park must receive permission
from the Town Clerk, who shall grant such permission to recognized
groups organized and existing in the Town of Elma, in the order in
which applications are received.
E.
Persons and organizations using park premises must conduct themselves
in a lawful and orderly manner. Persons engaging in unlawful and/or
disorderly conduct or using offensive, obscene or profane language
may be removed from the premises.
F.
Waste material, garbage and refuse must be neatly disposed of by
all users.
G.
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the offender
or offenders being denied use of the premises.
H.
The Town of Elma assumes no responsibility for the conditions of
the premises, nor for injury while said premises are used nor for
loss by damage, theft or otherwise.
I.
Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed on Town park premises, except
by persons using such premises pursuant to a shelter permit duly issued
by the Town Clerk.

The following park regulations shall apply by order of the Town
Board:
A.
No cars shall be allowed in the park, and no parking shall be allowed
in any place but designated parking areas. There shall be no parking
on the ball diamond.
B.
No motorcycles, minibikes or horses are allowed in the park.
C.
It is a violation to remove the sign posting these regulations.
D.
No firearms shall be allowed.
E.
No smoking
or vaping shall be allowed.
