The Anti-Noise Ordinance of the Town of Lancaster, New York,
as presently found at Chapter 38 of the Code of the Town of Lancaster,
together with all subsequent modifications, amendments and recodifications,
shall be deemed incorporated within the Code of the Village of Lancaster
as if fully stated herein.
No owner or person in charge of any church, theater or place
of public entertainment shall permit any person except the regularly
appointed ushers during any service or entertainment to stand or sit
in the aisle, foyer, vestibule, stairs or other place in such church,
theater or place for public entertainment over and through which persons
in the audience could pass for the purpose of leaving the building
in case of fire.
