Owners of land whereon is located an abandoned well, a well
in use, or a cesspool are required to secure same to the satisfaction
of the Inspector of Buildings or the Chief of Police or the Board
of Health agent.

Whoever violates any Section of this Bylaw shall be punished
by a fine not exceeding $300 for each offense, which shall inure to
the Town. Such fines shall be recovered by indictment or on complaint
before a district court or by noncriminal disposition in accordance
with Massachusetts General Laws.
