This Part 3 shall be known and may be cited as the "Subdivision and Site Plan Procedures Ordinance of West Windsor Township."
The purpose of this Part 3 shall be to provide definitions, rules, administrative procedures, regulations and standards which would be applicable to both site plan and subdivision applications.
A. 
Planning Board. The provisions of this Part 3 shall be administered by the Planning Board of the Township of West Windsor, except as set forth in Subsection B of this section.
B. 
Zoning Board of Adjustment. The provisions of this Part 3 shall be administered by the Zoning Board of Adjustment in applications before the Zoning Board of Adjustment involving variances provided for in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d on which subdivision and/or site plan approval would be required. For such applications, any reference in this Part 3 to the Planning Board shall be considered to refer to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, where applicable.
