[Adopted 2-7-1972 as Secs. 14a and 14b of Ord. No. II of the Ordinances of the Town of Brentwood (Ch. 34, Art. I, of the 1986 Code)]
It shall be unlawful for any person to drink alcoholic beverages from a bottle or other container on a public street or alley within the Town of Brentwood or in any automobile or other vehicle moving or standing on a public street, public alley or public park in the Town of Brentwood.
It shall be unlawful for any person to drink alcoholic beverages in any restaurant, hotel, eating house or other public place within the Town of Brentwood, except in those places of business having an appropriate alcoholic beverages license, and also it shall be unlawful for the owner, proprietor or manager of such unlicensed places to permit the drinking of alcoholic beverages on his premises.

Any person, partnership or corporation that is holding any liquor, wine or beer license within the corporate limits of this Town shall pay to the Town Clerk or Treasurer an annual license fee equal to 20% of the fee charged by the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George's County, Maryland.
