The provisions of § 101.123, Wis. Stats., as amended
by 2009 Wisconsin Act 12, and any subsequent amendments thereto relating
to the prohibition of smoking in various enclosed places, are hereby
adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference.
Penalties for violation shall be as provided in § 1-3 of the Code of the City of Markesan.
As prescribed by Wisconsin Statutes, a warning notice shall
be issued to the person in charge for the first violation.
