There is hereby established for the City of Canton, Missouri,
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 89, RSMo., a Planning Commission
to consist of eleven (11) members appointed pursuant to the provisions
of Section 89.320, RSMo.

A.
Members
of the Planning Commission of the City of Canton, Missouri, shall
include the Mayor, if the Mayor chooses to be a member, and those
persons appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Aldermen
of the City as follows:
1.
Two
(2) citizens who do not hold other public office from each aldermanic
ward of the City of Canton, Missouri, with one (1) from each ward
to be initially appointed for a time of four (4) years and for all
appointees thereafter to serve terms of four (4) years.
2.
One
(1) citizen who does not otherwise hold elective office to be appointed
at large from any aldermanic ward in the City of Canton, Missouri.
3.
One
(1) member of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Canton, Missouri,
selected by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Canton, Missouri,
if the Board chooses to have a member serve on the Commission.
