The intermunicipal agreement providing for the operation of
an exclusive area within the Township for sewer service by the Mount
Pocono Municipal Authority, to be known as the "Coolbaugh Service
Area" and providing for other matters relating thereto, which agreement
is dated the _____ day of _____, 1997, is hereby confirmed and ratified.
The Township will not accept for review as an official submission
any subdivision or land development plans involving any property located
outside the Exhibit "A" Coolbaugh Service Area,[1] where the applicant has indicated that the sewer service
is to be provided by the Mount Pocono Municipal Authority.

Any person firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this article, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before
a Magisterial District Judge in the manner provided for the enforcement
of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure,
shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues
or each Section of this article which shall be found to have been
violated shall constitute a separate offense.
