The City shall have a seal which shall be attached to all ordinances,
resolutions and orders passed by the City Council and to the authentication
of all official actions of the Mayor and City Clerk.

The Seal of the City shall be in circular form and the words
"City of Sikeston, Scott County, Missouri" shall be engraved around
the edge and the word "Seal" in the center. The seal shall be about
one and three-fourths (1¾) inches in diameter and same is adopted
as the City Seal.

The City Clerk shall keep the Seal of the City in his/her office
and is authorized to affix the seal on copies of all records and documents.
