§ 280-1 Enabling act adopted.

A. The Town adopts Chapter 124 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended.

B. Subsection A notwithstanding, the Town of East Granby has an affirmative duty to make reasonable accommodations to its zoning policies. practices or procedures, including the Town Zoning Regulations as set forth in Chapter 280, Article II, for people with disabilities, as defined by 42 U.S. Code § 12102 and as set forth in the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, specifically. 42 U.S.C. 3604(f)(3)(A) and (B), Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Title II, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12131 through 12165, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and O.R.C. 4112.02(H)(18)(a) and (19).
