A.Â
The County Council of Dorchester County, Maryland, as the governing
body of Dorchester County, authorizes the use of school bus monitoring
cameras.
B.Â
The purpose of this chapter is to authorize all uses to the full
extent provided in Annotated Code of Maryland, Transportation Article,
§ 10-706(c)(1).
C.Â
The terms used in this Chapter have the same meaning as the corresponding
terms used or defined in Annotated Code of Maryland, Transportation
Article, § 21-706.1.
