Application, Hearing and Report; 405.420, Special Permit — Determination;
405.430, Application of Standards Relating To Conditional Uses, were
repealed 4-26-2021 by Ord. No. 6220. The Article title was not changed
by the City, therefore retained in the Code to allow for future use
as Non-Conforming Uses.
