of Mamaroneck Arts Council" (a.k.a. "VOMAC"). Said Council will promote

charges. All funds shall be collected in the name of the Village of
Mamaroneck through the Clerk-Treasurer. No solicitation of funds by
the Village of Mamaroneck Arts Council from the public, other than
admission charges, shall be conducted without prior approval by the
Board of Trustees.
Programs will be aimed at providing educational entertainment
on three levels: amateur, semiprofessional and professional. The programs
will be free to the public whenever possible. Admission charges may
be made for performances.
There will be a close working relationship between the Council
and all groups in the area.
