A.
Established. There are hereby established within the City the following
truck routes which shall be a way over and along which trucks coming
into and going out of the City must operate:
Missouri Highway 47, between the Missouri River Bridge and the
south City limits
Missouri Highway 100, within the corporate limits of the City
East Fifth Street, from Missouri Highway 100 to Missouri Highway
47
Missouri Highway A, within the corporate limits of the City
Vossbrink Drive
Bluff Road, within the corporate limits of the City
Westlink Drive
B.
Penalty. Any person violating any of these provisions shall be deemed
guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall
be fined in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00).
