No bicyclists shall ride on the sidewalks in the downtown area
on Main Street, from the rotary traffic circle at Main Street and
Old Harbor Road, east to the Lighthouse Beach parking lot.
Any Town of Chatham police officer may enforce this bylaw. Violations
of this bylaw are subject to a fine of $25 for the first offense and
$50 for each subsequent offense and may be enforced by noncriminal
disposition.
