of Fairview 3-4-1960 by Ord. No. 60-4 (Ch. 1, Part 1, Subpart A, of the
1991 Code of Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]

A department of the Township of Fairview is hereby created,
to be known as the Fairview Township Planning Commission. The said
Fairview Township Planning Commission shall be constituted as provided
by law and shall perform all the duties and may exercise all the powers
conferred upon Planning Commissions of Townships of the Pennsylvania
Municipalities Planning Code (Act 247).
