A. 
The City, a political subdivision as defined in Section 70.600(19), RSMo., hereby elects to have covered by the Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System all its eligible employees in the following classes:
1. 
Present and future full-time general employees as defined by Section 70.600(10), RSMo., shall be covered under this Section.
2. 
Present and future full-time Policemen as defined by Section 70.600(18), RSMo., shall be covered under this Section.

The City hereby elects that one hundred percent (100%) of prior employment be considered for prior service credit in computing benefits and contributions to the local government employees retirement system.

The City elects to adopt no change in the contributions from covered employees, keeping the requirement of no contributions from covered employees in accordance with the provisions of Sections 70.705 and 70.730, RSMo., as amended by RSMo., 1998 Supp.

The City elects to adopt a change in the method of determining a member employee's final average salary, keeping a thirty-six (36) consecutive-month period for determining a member employee's final average salary in accordance with Sections 70.600 and 70.656, RSMo., as amended by RSMo., 1998 Supp.

The City elects to adopt a change in the benefit program of member employees, changing to benefit program L-6 (2.00%).

The City elects to adopt no change in the benefit program of member employees, keeping member employees option of retirement, upon attaining minimum service retirement age.
