In accordance with Section 365.030, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified herein of any day except Sundays and public holidays within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

	North side of W. 2nd Street between Highway 19 (Main) and MacArthur Avenue.	At all times
E. 3rd Street:
	On the north side of E. 3rd Street for a distance of eighty-eight (88) feet east of the intersection of E. 3rd Street and North Pershing Avenue.	At all times
W. 3rd Street:
	Between Highway 19 (Main) and Washington Streets.	At all times
	Between MacArthur Avenue and Jackson Street on south side.	At all times
E. 5th Street:
	Between Iron Street and the waterway on south side.	At all times
	For a distance of one hundred (100) feet each side of Jackson Street on south side.	At all times
W. 5th Street:
	Between Highway 19 (Main) and Washington Street on south side.	At all times
Center Street:
	South side of between North Iron Street and South Hickory Street.	At all times
Franklin Street:
	Between Elmer Street and Missouri Avenue.	At all times

Jackson Street:
