Section 100.010 Form of Government.

The City of Troy was incorporated as a Fourth Class City under the laws of this State in 1870.

Section 100.020 City Boundaries.

The boundaries of the City are as now constituted and shown by records of the Recorder's Office of Lincoln County, Missouri, and the records of the City.

Section 100.030 Official Seal.

The official seal of the City shall be a metallic disc not more than two (2) inches in diameter with the words "City of Troy, Missouri" engraved in the border and the words "Corporate Seal" engraved across the center.

Section 100.040 Official Time.

The official time for the City shall be that established by State Statute or Federal law or regulation.
