For claims received on or before December 31, 2016, the fund shall reimburse the property owner for eighty percent (80%) of approved and documented repair and video inspection costs, up to a maximum amount of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00). For claims received on or after January 1, 2017; the fund shall reimburse the property owner for fifty percent (50%) of approved and documented repair and video inspection costs, up to a maximum amount of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00). All interest generated on such deposited funds shall accrue to the special account established for the repair of lateral sewer service lines.
