In accordance with the Municipal Code of the City of Creve Coeur
in conjunction with the Missouri Statutes, vehicles shall be brought
to a full and complete stop before entering or crossing any of the
following streets or locations at all time when school stop signs
are so turned as to be facing the driver of the oncoming vehicle,
of a crossing guard or Police Officer so directs with hand signals
or hand-held stop signs.
