The corporate limits of the City are as follows:
Beginning at a point where the western City limits line of the
City of St. Louis intersects the centerline of Clayton Road, one hundred
(100) feet wide as now established and existing; thence westwardly
along the centerline of Clayton Road and along the south line of the
City limits of the City of Clayton, Missouri, to the centerline of
Big Bend Boulevard; thence north along the centerline of Big Bend
Boulevard to the centerline of Clayton Road sixty (60) feet wide as
now established and existing; thence westwardly along the centerline
of Clayton Road and the south line of the City limits of the City
of Clayton, Missouri, to a point in the center of Clayton Road at
its intersection with the centerline of Lay Road; thence extending
southwardly along the centerline of Lay Road to a point in line with
the north line of York Village Subdivision; thence eastwardly along
the north line of York Village Subdivision to the northeast corner
of York Village Subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line
of York Village Subdivision, a distance of four hundred seventy-five
(475) feet, more or less, to the centerline of Eager Avenue; thence
eastwardly along the centerline of Eager Avenue to the centerline
of Hanley Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of Hanley
Road to the centerline of West Bruno Avenue and the northern City
limits of the City of Maplewood; thence eastwardly along the centerline
of West Bruno Avenue and the northern City limits of the City of Maplewood
to the centerline of Big Bend Boulevard; thence southwardly along
the centerline of Big Bend Boulevard and the City limits of the City
of Maplewood to the intersection with the south line of Pennsylvania
Park Subdivision No. 2; thence eastwardly along the south line of
Pennsylvania Park Subdivision No. 2 and the northern City limits of
the City of Maplewood to the southeast corner of the subdivision;
thence northwardly along the east line of the subdivision and the
City limits of the City of Maplewood to the south line of the Richmond
Heights Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the south line of the
Richmond Heights Subdivision and the northern limits of the City of
Maplewood, to the western City limits of the City of St. Louis; thence
northwardly along the western City limits of the City of St. Louis
to the point of beginning.
