A.
Any
person charged with a violation of this Chapter shall, within five
(5) days of issuance of complaint, either pay a fine as designated
in the following schedule to the Violations Bureau or make an appearance
in Municipal Court as provided for in the complaint.

B.
Any
person accused of his/her third (3rd) or more violation or any combination
of violations of this Chapter within one (1) consecutive sixty (60)
month period shall be charged and proceeded against in the Municipal
Court.
C.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed so as to abrogate or suspend any of the provisions of Section 210.100.
D.
Complaints
for violations of this Chapter may be issued by any Police Officer
of this City or any other person designated in writing by the City
Manager.
