A.
Administrative Appeal. Any person aggrieved by a decision
or order of the Richmond Heights Building Department may appeal in
writing within ten (10) days after the issuance of such decision or
order to the Richmond Heights Building Commissioner and shall be entitled
to a hearing before the Board of Adjustment of Richmond Heights within
thirty (30) days of receipt of the written appeal.
B.
Judicial Review. Any person aggrieved by a decision or order
of the Board of Adjustment, after exhausting all administrative remedies,
shall have the right to appeal de novo to the St. Louis County Circuit
Court.
