Editor's Note — Ord. no. 2917, adopted March 2, 2004,
repealed the article entitled "park and recreation board", and in
lieu thereof sets out the city's park policy which is to be held on
file in the city offices. Former "park and recreation board" derived
from CC 1979 §§26.010 — 26.040; ord. no. 1505 §§I
— II, 4-24-86 and ord. no. 2490 §1, 5-5-98. As to parks
