Administering bodies and agents for purposes of this chapter
are as follows:
(1)
Code Enforcement Officer. A Code Enforcement Officer, who shall be
appointed or reappointed annually by July 1.
(2)
Zoning Board of Appeals. A Zoning Board of Appeals created in accordance
with the provisions of 30-A M.R.S.A. § 2691 or prior statutory
enactment, municipal enactment or the Charter.
(3)
Planning Board. A planning board as created in accordance with the
provisions of state law or prior statutory enactment, municipal enactment
or the Charter.
(4)
Belfast Harbor Committee. The Belfast Harbor Committee created in
accordance with provisions of municipal enactment or the Charter,
shall participate in the administrative process for the following
shoreland permit applications, including applications which request
the use of the contract rezoning process, for uses located in Belfast
Harbor:
