Regional Hospital of Scranton, at its cost and expense, shall
create nine on-street parking spaces consistent with the Signing and
Striping Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit B, on the south side of
the 700 block of Jefferson Avenue, and Regional Hospital of Scranton,
at its cost and expense, shall make the necessary construction alterations
along the 700 block of Jefferson Avenue consistent with the Report
and Plan, submitted herein and attached as Exhibits A and B.[1]
