[1974 Code Sec. 38-7]
A permit fee payable to the Township shall be charged upon the issuance of a permit under the BOCA National Fire Prevention Code in accordance with a schedule of fees for permits which shall be filed at the Township office, as such schedule is from time to time amended, modified or changed by resolution of Council.
The Fire Marshal shall have the right to inspect lockers and bins for storage in apartments and commercial business enterprises for compliance with this Fire Prevention Code, and the owner or occupant of the premises shall conform to all standards promulgated by the Fire Marshal hereunder.

As a condition precedent to the issuance of a building permit, the owner or developer of a particular project shall agree to pay for the installation of such necessary and regulatory signs as the Fire Marshal shall from time to time direct or order.
