The common Seal of the City shall be circular in form, encircled
with the words "City of Platte City, Missouri" and inscribed in the
center with the word "Seal".

The corporate limits of the City of Platte City are declared
to embrace and include and shall be the same as defined in the several
acts of the Missouri General Assembly incorporating said City, together
with the various additions thereto as recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Platte County, Missouri, and such additions as
may hereafter be made according to law, and such territory shall collectively
be known as the City of Platte City.
